On both sides of the front, state hierarchies use the same means:
- They recruit their own fellow citizens to commit sabotage in order to put a hapless guerrilla in jail and report on solving a dangerous crime.
- They recruit on the opposite side, offered help and money for committing actions in the rear. This is a standard practice – to look for ideologically close people and provide them with assistance. And obviously not only representatives of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Russia, but also representatives of the Russian Armed Forces in Ukraine are engaged in this. We, as anarchists, in case we accept help from the Ukrainian state, should be especially careful – for any state we remain enemies, we must not be allowed to be used as expendable material.
- In the absence of the first and the second to write off any act of partisanship on the intrigues of enemies and on work for money. When arrested, partisans can be tortured and forced to confess that they acted on instructions from abroad, even if there was no connection with abroad or it was expressed only in conversations and consultations. If a person did receive money or technical means, which can be difficult to do without, this is presented as something unworthy. In this way, the authorities are trying to destroy the positive image and attractiveness of the guerrilla struggle among the people.

According to the tg-channel UA info on November 26, a 43-year-old man wanted to blow up police officers in the centre of Kiev: he rented a flat, set up a “stretching” with an F-1 grenade at the entrance, called the squad allegedly because of domestic violence and remotely detonated the explosives. The woman’s voice was faked using technical means.
The SBU said that the man had been tried 6 times for robbery and robbery and that he was hired by Russian special services. The latter raises doubts in our minds.
Ukrainians have a lot of reasons to hate the authorities of their own country – extreme corruption, raids of the TCC with beatings and humiliation, huge increase in taxes and all this at a time when we have to repel external aggression. And police officers are trying their best to prove their usefulness and not to be sent to the front.

Here an attack was carried out against the law enforcers most hated by the people – bailiffs. On 24 November, at about three o’clock in the morning local time, the premises of the Federal Bailiff Service at Zhukovsky 115 caught fire.
On 24 November at 3:30 local residents called EMERCOM. It is stated that a small fire of 10 square metres was quickly extinguished, but it is not clear why 19 firefighters and 9 units of equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire. Inside the room were found melted plastic bottles, which probably contained flammable liquid. Furniture and office equipment were damaged, a case of intentional destruction of property was opened, no one has been detained.
People who have the misfortune to visit Russian courts are constantly confronted with the boorishness and arbitrariness of bailiffs. In addition, bailiffs are responsible for controlling people’s “debts” to the state, they are responsible for arresting people’s property and other abominations.
Strangers on the Internet, who offer you money for an action and give you instructions on where and what to do, have been warned repeatedly. We are glad that despite all the provocations and the campaign to discredit the partisan struggle, this struggle continues. We believe it is necessary to adhere to the following principles:

- Remember that committing sabotage is not an end in itself or a way of self-assertion, it makes sense within the framework of a common struggle for things that people understand. Do not neglect propaganda, make (anonymous) statements if possible.

Reports have emerged of the arrest in Ufa of “alleged organisers of a series of arson attacks on military recruitment offices and attacks on police officers” of left-wing views. Tg-channel Fighter Anarchist (BOAK) writes that those arrested belong to a group called “Nihilist libertarian propaganda”. The video published by law enforcers shows anarchist and anti-fascist symbols found during the searches. It also shows the flag of the Russian Freedom Legion, US and NATO state flags, libertarian and right-wing symbols. The exact number of those arrested is unknown, tentatively it could be as many as five.
There is currently no more precise information about the charges and how the punishers got on the trail of those arrested. We will keep an eye on the situation. We wish our comrades who have been imprisoned strength of faith and spirit.
