Donetsk

The car of executioner Sergei Evsyukov was blown up in Donetsk on December 9. He was the head of Olenevskaya colony, where the captured Azov fighters were tortured, and blew up one of the barracks where the Azovists were kept. About 50 Azovstal prisoners of war who were there were killed, and more than 70 others were injured. According to preliminary data, Yevsyukov was killed and his wife (also an employee of the Interior Ministry) had her leg blown off by the explosion.

Moscow

Several remarkable events took place in Moscow.

On December 9, a labour conflict over non-payment of wages prompted a desperate employee to set fire to the car of the director of a construction company.

Vladimir K., a 55-year-old electrician, had quit the company in late November, and the director had promised to transfer his wage debt to him, but never did. On December 9, the boss parked his car near the construction site, and the employee came up and asked again about the money. The boss said that the salary would come tomorrow and left.After that, the employee and his companions set fire to the director’s car. The Haval car worth 1.7 million rubles was completely burnt down. Vladimir was captured by the police. Now he and his comrades face up to 5 years in prison.

On December 10, Mikhail Shatsky, deputy general designer and head of the software department of Mars Design Bureau, was allegedly killed in Moscow. He was shot dead in the area of Kuzminsky Forest Park. The killer fled the scene. Shatsky was engaged in modernization of cruise missiles X-59 to the level of X-69, introduced new UAVs.

The authors of the programme “Vesti. Duty Part” on the TV channel “Russia 24” reported on the night of December 11 that eyewitnesses “clearly heard the sounds of pistol shooting” near the Kuzminsky forest park at about 21:00 on December 10. The program’s correspondent reported that the eyewitnesses spoke of “a certain victim lying motionless in the forest and giving no signs of life.” Arriving police officers, according to Vesti, did not find the victim’s body. Ukrainian security services have claimed responsibility for the murder. Journalists geolocated the location of the shooting of the videos that appeared in Telegram channels and found that it was located a 10-minute walk from Shatsky’s house in Kotelniki (his address is known from the leaks).

On December 17, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, head of the Radiation, Chemical, and Biological Defense Forces of the Russian Armed Forces, and his assistant were blown up in Moscow. Both were killed. At the scene of the explosion arrived the leadership of the capital’s Interior Ministry, ambulance doctors and operative services. The explosives (from 100 to 500 grams of TNT equivalent) were planted in a scooter left near the house. Kirillov was responsible for the use of chemical weapons against the AFU. It is known that earlier the Security Service of Ukraine charged General Kirillov in absentia. He is considered responsible “for the mass use of banned chemical weapons in Ukraine”.

Rostov-on-Don

According to SHOT telegram channel , on the evening of December 15, 15-year-old Nikolai and his girlfriend Polina came to the Rostov-Tovarny station and set fire to an electric locomotive of a train carrying grain. They did it with two bottles of Molotov cocktail, after which they quickly fled the scene. The electric locomotive was immediately disconnected from the rest of the train to prevent the fire from spreading to the grain cars.

Unfortunately, both were soon detained together with their friend, who received 150 thousand rubles in crypto for this action from Ukraine to a special wallet. It is known that Nikolay was a second-year student at the local railroad technical school, and Polina was a distance learner at the “Mobile Digital School BIT”.
