Novosibirsk
On 19 December, partisans burned several fuel tankers on the territory of a military unit in Novosibirsk. The arson was reported by the Ukrainian State Security Service.
Arkhangelsk
In Arkhangelsk, the office of United Russia, where “humanitarian aid” for the Russian military was stored, was set on fire. The local representative of the party Vladimir Zhgilev told about the incident on the night of 24 December. According to him, unknown persons threw a “Molotov cocktail” at the office, which resulted in the burning of part of the “humanitarian aid” that was planned to be sent to the war zone.
According to the Emergencies Ministry, the office caught fire at three in the morning. As a result, the furniture was damaged and the walls, ceiling and corridor were smoked.
Voronezh region
On the night of 26-27 December, a 35kV substation in Voronezh was blown up at coordinates 51.739870, 39.4774275. Russian Volunteer Corps and OD “Voronezh Republic” took responsibility for the operation, which was carried out in coordination with the National Security Council of the Coalition.
As a result, a part of the railway contact network was de-energised, and VCh 42706 (Arsenal of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate) was completely de-energised.
Voronezh authorities acknowledged the fire: “As a result of the fire, a freestanding metal transformer substation was destroyed by fire,” the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations explained, but did not give any information about the cause.
