Bryansk
On the night of 18 April, Yevgeny Rytikov, head of the design bureau of the Bryansk Electromechanical Plant, was liquidated in Bryansk. He was responsible for the development and modernisation of REB and electronic intelligence systems for the Russian army, including the Krasukha complex.
His car was blown up with an IED. The explosive device under the bottom of the car went off as the man was getting into the cabin with his colleague. Both died on the spot.
Samara region
On the night of 18 to 19 April, unknown persons set fire to the administration building of Koshkinskiy district, Samara region.
The fire started in the office of housing and communal services and construction – furniture, equipment and documents were burnt. The resulting fire was extinguished for 1.5 hours. Gloves and a plastic cover were found on the spot. Despite the fact that there were surveillance cameras on the building of the district administration, it was not possible to establish the identity of the arsonist, as he knew about their ‘blind spots’ in advance.
Krasnodar
On 23 April 2025, a serviceman of the Russian army involved in crimes against the Ukrainian people was attacked in Krasnodar, in the Gidrostroiteley microdistrict.
According to official data:
– Two unknown persons opened fire in front of the target’s son.
– At least 7 shots were fired.
– The victim, a man born in 1978, was hospitalised with gunshot wounds.
– Police found shell casings and a cartridge at the scene.
– Roadblocks at all exits from Krasnodar were reinforced, 9-point traffic jams were recorded in the city.

Balashikha
In Balashikha on April 25, a general of the Ministry of Defence, Yaroslav Moskalik, was liquidated. Until 2021, he held the post of deputy chief of the Main Operational Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces.
The liquidated general was involved in regular planning, coordination and reporting on missile and drone strikes on Ukraine. Konstantin Mashovets, coordinator of the Information Resistance group, an AFU colonel, said:

It was this general who stood ‘at the origin’ of the Russian Federation’s strikes on Krivoy Rog, Sumy, Kiev, Kharkiv and other Ukrainian cities.
In the morning, when the military officer was passing by a parked car, the bomb in it detonated. According to preliminary data, the IED was filled with destructive elements – fragmentation grenade launcher rounds.
