On 28 July, the Rospartizan tg-channel published a series of video reports on the actions carried out by an autonomous guerrilla group in the winter and spring of this year. Members of this group tracked down and beat up key employees of the Moscow Mars Experimental Design Bureau, which works for the Russian Ministry of Defence.
The Mars Experimental Design Bureau (a subsidiary of Rosatom) prefers to talk about space exploration technologies on its Internet resources. However, even before the full-scale invasion of Ukraine began, Mars became a participant in exhibitions held by the Ministry of Defence in Kubinka, (https://t.me/rospartizan/2567) demonstrating its military developments there. And since 2022, Mars has finally immersed itself in working for the Kremlin’s war machine.
Among Mars’ developments and products:
– equipment for the Russian satellite constellation
– modernisation and production of control systems for upper stages and on-board control systems for cruise missiles of the Raduga ICB under the state defence order (the infamous X-series missiles, which are being used by Putin’s aviation in air terror right now)
– control systems for “atmospheric UAVs for various purposes” (it is clear what UAVs the Russian state needs now).
Employees of “Mars”, as well as employees of “Raduga”, Yelabuga and other Kremlin conveyors of death. These people live safely in Moscow and receive good salaries, while the weapons they developed are causing death to civilians in Ukraine.
That’s why the partisans decided to punish:
– Kravchuk Sergei Valentinovich, director of the MOCB “Mars”.
– Sergey Anatolyevich Smirnov, Head of Design Department
– Ilya Viktorovich Saursky, Head of Onboard Operating Systems Development Department
– Mikhail Yuryevich Kosinskiy, Deputy General Designer, Deputy Head of the Functional Software Development Department
– Ilya Viktorovich Polosin, Deputy General Designer
– Viktor Igorevich Sirotkin, Deputy Chief Engineer.
Lipetsk
On the night of 16 July, the warehouse of the volunteer organisation “ZOV of Brave Hearts” at 10 Gorkogo Street, Lipetsk, box 12 was set on fire. The fire started from a window that had been broken or smashed, then spread to camouflage nets and other “humanitarian aid”. Dependent media write about the burnt-out finish of the room, but photos show that the walls of the warehouse are finished with metal sheeting, and the false ceiling is heavily sooted, but not burning itself. Apparently, a lot of “humanitarian aid”, possibly camouflage nets made of synthetic fabric, burned heavily and well. There is no general photo of the most damaged part of the warehouse, which indirectly confirms the seriousness of the damage.
“ZOV of Brave Hearts” is one of the largest military volunteer movements in Lipetsk. Like all other similar organisations, they call “humanitarian aid” the activity of supplying the invading army, including military goods.
Two months earlier, the “Vologda Shveybat” was attacked in a similar way.
Perm
On 16 July, “Resistance of Free Russia” published a video of the arson attack on several KamAZ-4310 trucks with trailers SZAP-8357-02 indicating that the video was filmed on the territory of the military airfield Bolshoye Savino in Perm.
It is impossible to determine the exact location of the action from the video. There is no mention of the event in the dependent media and other sources.
Moscow
On the morning of 24 July, a car carrying a high-ranking military officer was blown up in Moscow. The explosion occurred in a Toyota Land Cruiser, which belongs to Andrei Torgashov.
He is an officer of the “psychological operations” unit in Moscow’s military unit 45807
Various sources, including pro-government media, confirm that Torgashov and his wife were in the car at the time of the explosion. The soldier’s legs were blown off and he is hospitalised.
Telegram channels published a recording from a surveillance camera, which shows the planting of an explosive device under Torgashov’s car.
Meanwhile, the alleged author of the action was detained in Turkey even before he was put on the wanted list. Yevgeny Serebryakov took a morning flight from Moscow to Bodrum and was detained by armed Turkish men in civilian clothes under video recording. Neither the Russian Investigative Committee nor the Turkish Interior Minister have published any confirmation of the arrestee’s involvement in the action.
Trans-Siberian railway
On Tuesday, 23 July, the Russian Volunteer Corps claimed authorship of several successful subversive operations on the Trans-Siberian Railway near the facilities of V/H 58661 1062 CMTO of the Russian Armed Forces near Yekaterinburg, where weapons from North Korea are transported.
Probably, we are talking about the tracks near V/CH 58661-C (fuel and lubricants warehouse) and V/CH 58661-BB (70th GRAU arsenal).
Earlier, the authorship of one of these actions was claimed by the ATESH movement.
Samara region
On 25 July, the Pravo sily (rdpsru) tg-channel reported that partisans burned a helicopter at the Kryazh airfield in Samara region. The aerodrome was used for parachute training for the military. Interestingly, two 16-year-old teenagers from the city of Togliatti were detained on 19 April for attempting to set fire to a helicopter at this airfield. According to officials, during interrogation the young guerrillas confessed that they had committed a number of other actions and that they had acted on the instructions of the special services of Ukraine. There are no official reports of a successful arson attack in July.
